The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was convenient. I found a restaurant and supermarket within a short walk. my room included a huge bed. It was very comfortable.
The air conditioning was a bit weak. It struggled to cool the room effectively.

The hotel was close to markets , laundry, restaurants and shopping. It was also a short bus ride into the city center. The air conditioning worked well , which I appreciated. The room was quiet and comfortable.
The hotel did not mention parking in the facility description. It was difficult to get free street parking. there were some people asking for money for the parking place. I ordered grilled salmon , but it was still raw in the middle. The hotel needs to improve communication regarding parking and food preparation.

The staff was very helpful. Klaus provided helpful directions and suggested great places to visit, including restaurants for Spanish food. He even arranged a taxi for me when I left the hotel. The service and staff are top tier!
There was no parking in the hotel facility description. I found free parking on the street. It was difficult to get a free space. Plus, some street rogues asked for money for the parking place. I should have known about this

The rooms offer comfortable beds which are very important for a good rest. There is a nice restaurant. The glass enclosure allows for a peaceful break from city tours. I enjoyed refreshments and free coffee in the afternoons.

The staff was genuinely helpful. They addressed my queries promptly. The hotel offers a convenient supermarket nearby. There is also a restaurant located within walking distance of two minutes from the hotel. The breakfast exceeded my expectations.
The elevators inspection was inconvenient but the problem was resolved quickly.

The hotel is approximately twenty minutes by foot from the cathedral. It also takes the same amount of time to reach the Bioparc. Public transportation options operates effectively and there are several options. The surrounding area is very good.

My room was adequately sized and included a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent. The provided room was very clean. A big tv was placed in front of the bed.
